State Representative Karen Yarbrough, House sponsor of "Quality of Life" lottery ticket bill that provides funding for HIV-Aids diagnosis and treatment, attends a reception given by advocates in November.  Along with Representative Yarbrough is Senate Sponsor Jacqueline Collins (kneeling right), (and in the second row) Congressman Danny K. Davis, State Representative Constance Howard and advocates for the "Quality of Life" bill that was passed into law in the recent veto override session of the General Assembly.  This ticket will be available for purchase in January, 2008.
